Specific Limiting Statements and Suggestions for Rescinding
______

Statement to Rescind: I will always have to battle this weight problem.

Jeanie's observations to this individual:
Let me start with some ideas to consider: The "weight" is related to "wait." You may want to be cognizant of this as you are rescinding this limitation. Reminder: You do not have to wait for ANYTHING. The word "battle" seems to have come from your mother, or at least a female authority. Remember, "always" is a long time.

So, with those ideas being expressed..... I suggest that you consider a set of steps. Step one is a slight revision of the statement of limitation: "I used to battle a weight problem." This puts the situation in the past instead of awaiting you forever into the future.

If when saying this you have a reaction that goes something like, "well, you still do, kido," take the reaction and insert it into the September 1 affirmation. "I give myself permission to release ______ easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field." Do it in a way that makes sense to you. For example, "I give myself permission to release the limiting belief that I have a weight problem easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field." Or, "I give myself permission to release fear of being fat/fear of being slim easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field." Or, "I give myself permission to release battling easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field."

Another initial step is to release the need (or rather, the belief in the need) to do battle. Fighting is very draining. You have given so much attention to the "weight" problem that you are expanding it. So, it is time to give as much attention to slimness or good health. This is the statement I hear: "I give up fighting/battling."

After working with the above, the statement that most strongly resonates with your higher self consciousness is: "I am slim and safe, right now."

When you start working with the above statement, refer to the instructions in the paragraph that begins, "If when saying....."

I will continue to work with you energetically. And see you as healthy and slim, right now.

______

Statement to Rescind: I will never weigh less than 145 pounds again.

Jeanie's observations to this individual:
This is a bit unusual, because rarely are numbers used in these disempowering messages. But since this is the way you hear it, I suggest that you work with the numbers. Your first task is to determine precisely at what weight you want the scales to say. Not between xxx and xxx, but precisely the weight. Be loving and realistic. When you achieve that weight, you can repeat this exercise at another weight. You may want to do this several times because lots of little successes are much better than one big failure.

The statement to replace the limiting belief is simply: "I weigh ____." Not "I will weight ____," but "I weigh ____." Tell that to yourself every time you look in the mirror or see your image in a shiny surface. If you have bathroom scales, you might even want to set them so that the desired weight shows on the indicator. Let go for the time being of the ACTUAL weight. You need to have some experiences of SEEING yourself at that desirable weight. You can also leave notes to yourself in strategic places, "Congratulations, (your name), you weight _____!"

There is also a safety issue. Perhaps the best way to work with that is to reflect on a recent situation when you felt unsafe -- for any reason. And with that situation in your mind, relive it making yourself feel safe. You have the power to do anything in your mind's eye: evaporate the person who made you feel unsafe, saw something different, whatever you desire. The operative question is "What makes me feel safe in that situation?"

As I work with these limiting thoughts energetically, you can also. I suggest some imagery. Imagine a troop of angels come in to your energy field each night (day is also ok) as you sleep. They bring with them cosmic vacuum cleaners, golden mops, and musical instruments. They sing and play in your energy field while clearing from it anything that is not needed (e.g., beliefs about inadequacy, not succeeding, feeling unsafe). You don't even have to know what's no longer needed -- just trust the angels to do the job divinely. ^i^

______

Statement to Rescind: I stop myself from being physically healthy.

Jeanie's observations to this individual:
What I see is that your choice to be physically unhealthy stems from a belief in unworthiness and a need for protection. The above limiting belief is an "adult" belief; the equivalent "child" belief is more like "I

am angry, so I am going to stuff myself" and/or "I am scared, so I am not going to move." All these beliefs are operating. I am identifying the "child" beliefs because you may be less conscious of those, and therefore they may be even more disempowering for you.

These beliefs are lodged in the upper chest, throat, and ears (more the right ear than the left). So, as you work with cleansing exercises, you may want to be particularly aware of clearing these areas. You may want to return to several of the week one (releasing/cleansing) affirmations and suggested processes. If you choose not to return to the September week one messages, then wait until October week one. The theme next month is Freedom, which is very closely related to the theme we are working on this month.

The statement that I hear from your higher consciousness is "I am loveable and capable." This is a somewhat familiar affirmation among certain groups of persons in the so-called "new age movement." It is important that you begin to integrate the depth of the idea of this statement, which is far more than just words. You may from time to time feel some resistance to this statement; if so, just allow the resistance to flow from you or return to some of the ideas expressed in the week one affirmations.

I will work with you energetically. I also hold the vision for you as being physically healthy. Indeed, I know without a doubt that this is the truth of who you are: beautiful, healthy, strong, powerful, and clear.
