Specific Limiting Statements and Suggestions for Rescinding
______

Statement to Rescind: No matter what I do or accomplish, I am just not enough.

Jeanie's observations to this individual:
It is helpful to separate the being and the doing. Your first phrase reflects doing; your second phrase reflects being. You may find it helpful to work with each concept independently and then merge the two back into an affirmation.

Here is a beautiful chant for you: "I love what I do. I love who I am."

In the fourth week of the month when we work with acting/claiming affirmations, you can focus on letting all that you do tell you that you are enough. And, of course, no need to wait until then to do this -- let eating your breakfast tell you that you are enough. Let accomplishments at home and work tell you that you are enough, etc.

Much of the vow/disempowering message is stuck in the upper part of your chest, quite near your throat. At age 7 an experience locked this idea that no matter what you did you were not enough. If you recall the precise experience or the kind of experience you were likely to have had, you might return to the September 1 affirmation and write it according to the "Writing Affirmations for Empowerment" article. Put an appropriate word or phrase in the blank. "I give myself permission to release ______ easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field." Keep in mind that the 7-year-old in you is holding on to the belief, so establish a relationship with that part of you.

I will be assisting you energetically to clear the blockage in the energy field of your upper chest.

______

Statement to Rescind: I believe that no matter my demonstrated abilities, I do not have enough to accomplish my own dreams.

Jeanie's observations to this individual:
Let me speak first to the logical side of you: surely you see how this defeats your dreams. So, your job is to unhook the negative association of your dreams and your abilities. With this in mind, I have two exercises for you. (1) make a list of your accomplishments. No need to be modest. The list is just for you. Make it long. It is better to err on the side of overplay than underplay. In other words, a little exaggeration is fine, just stay basically honest. (2) Write about your dreams. Take one dream at a time. This exercise is not a list, but stream-of-consciousness writing. If you find yourself limiting your dreams as you write, create a hypothetical scenario, such as "If I had a million dollars, tax free........" Or, "I do not have to work for a living, so I give myself permission to dream of what I truly desire........"

In your energy field is an underlying belief of non-deservability. Know, without a doubt, that you (and this is true of all persons) deserve to have all your soul's dreams fulfilled. You might work with the Sept 1 affirmation and write it according to the "Writing Affirmations for Empowerment" article. Select one of the words and work with the affirmation daily for at least seven days. "I give myself permission to release undeserving/unworthiness/frustration/the past/disempowering beliefs/fears easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field."

It is important that you experience your own dreams being accomplished or fulfilled. So, start telling yourself (affirming) that this dream or that dream is being met. Instead of collective "dreams," experiment with "a dream." Keep it very simple, even mundane, at first. For example: "I have a dream that I am brushing my teeth." Go to the sink. Brush. And tell yourself "I am accomplishing my dream." and "I have all I need to accomplish this dreams." etc. Talk to yourself about the dream, the accomplishment, and the positive association with each -- try not to get distracted by how "big" or "important" the dream/accomplishment is -- just create multiple experiences of having all you need to accomplish your dreams. Stay focused on this kind of self talk for at least 7 days, preferably 21 days. Have fun with this.

After working with the affirmations above, here is an empowering affirmation to replace the disempowering one. "I love myself. I am enough. All my dreams are met." Do not rush yourself into saying this, however, because right now you do not fully believe the three statements comprising the affirmation. When you do start working with this affirmation, if you notice disbelief or other resistance coming from you, simply work with the disbelief or resistance. For example, you might return to the September 1 affirmation and say "I give myself permission to release resistance/self-hatred/doubt/(or whatever comes up) easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field."

And I will continue to work with you energetically.

______

Statement to Rescind: I am inadequate and unloveable.

Jeanie's observations to this individual:
Most of this disempowering message is embedded around the left side of the head, including the ears and eyes. As I work with these limiting thoughts energetically, you can also. I suggest some imagery. Imagine a troop of angels or other beings of light come into your energy field each night (day is also ok) as you sleep. They bring with them cosmic vacuum cleaners, golden mops, and musical instruments. They sing and play in your energy field while clearing from it anything that is not needed (e.g., beliefs about punishment and unworthiness). You don't even have to know what's no longer needed -- just trust the angels to do the job divinely.

Here are four statements I hear that are vibrating with your higher self consciousness. All are important. You may find that you want to work with them one at a time. It will be especially effective to meditate on a statement, play with it, bring it into your energy field especially around the area I mentioned above. Following the list of statements, I have another suggestion for working with them.

"I am lovable, worthy, and free." "I deserve to love and be loved." "I let go of the past to live free now." "I love myself."

Right now, these statements/affirmations are likely to evoke resistance as you say or write them. For example, a thought might come "Oh, no I'm not" Insert the thought into the September 1 affirmation. "I give myself permission to release ______ easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field." Do it in a way that makes sense to you. For example, "I give myself permission to release self hatred easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field." Or, "I give myself permission to release fear easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field." Or, "I give myself permission to release inadequacy easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field."

Remember, you do not have to do all this today. I suggest that you plan to work with these suggestions along with the daily affirmations all through the month. See how you have changed by the end of September.

I will continue to work with you energetically.
