Specific Limiting Statements and Suggestions for Rescinding

Statement to Rescind: I can't beat this cancer.
Jeanie's observations to this individual:
The replacement affirmation/statement is: "I am healthy and alive."
Initially, I suggest that you work with this statement ("I am healthy and alive.") in this way: Say it or write it and then listen deep inside you for opposing thoughts. For example, a thought might come "Oh, no you're not, you have cancer." Insert the opposing thought into the September 1 affirmation. "I give myself permission to release ______ easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field." Do it in a way that makes sense to you. For example, "I give myself permission to release my belief in sickness easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field." Or, "I give myself permission to release cancer easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field." Or, "I give myself permission to release tiredness/despair/depression easily and effortlessly from every level of the energy field."
Remember, also, that cells are CONSTANTLY dying and being reborn. We call the dead cells "cancer." Perhaps (to use your imagery) your best direct approach is to "beat those cancer cells right out of your body." Dr. Carl Simonton wrote a wonderful book 20 or so years ago called "Getting Well Again," updated in 1992. He is a highly regarded M.D. who proved that imagery really works by studying cancer patients who were considered by the medical profession to be "terminal." I highly recommend the book.
I have this book and an audio tape by him posted at the Marshall House Online BookStore then click on "special requests." In addition, check the book by Andrew Weil, M.D. "Spontaneous Healing: How to Discover and Enhance Your Body's Natural Ability to Maintain and Heal Itself" which is on the same page.
Back to your vow...... Another way to use language with your vow is to RESPOND when you hear yourself saying it either silently or our loud. And the proper response is something like (vehemently, emotionally), "Oh yes, I can!"
During this month, you might also choose to keep a running list of all the reasons that you desire to live. Perhaps you might create a document and keep it on your computer desktop as a reminder to add as many items as possible. Make an abundant list.
Sometime in the next week or so, please write me a message telling me the most important reason you can think of to live. I will eagerly await your message, but do not rush it.
I will continue to work with you energetically.
